Low temperature
Conventional iron phosphating of steel or zinc phosphating requires bath temperatures of around 45-65 °C. Kairo-SURF® products are designed to operate at temperatures in the order of 25-27 °C.

Phosphating users are satisfied when 500-600 hours can be achieved with a 5 zone line with additional passivation. Our products can achieve more than 750 hours in a salt chamber according to ASTM B-117 washing in 3 zones without any additional products.
