Implementation in a state-of-the-art powder coating plant | Specialisation: Fencing nets

In the summer of this year, we implemented the Kairos technology in a state-of-the-art powder coating plant in the Mazowieckie Voivodship, specialising in the painting of galvanised fencing nets.

A capacity of 30,000 m2/ msc. required the chemistry to work steadily and did not generate losses in the form of downtime necessary for the cleaning nozzles and collectors of sludge and deposits.

Application of the preparation Kairo Surf PF AR, which does not generate deposits, eliminated the need to stop the paint line and generated additional savings by not having to dispose of the sludge.

The working temperature of the bath is only 25 oC. Thanks to a simple heat recovery system from the furnace, the customer heats a 3,000-litre chemical bath without generating unnecessary costs.

With the simplest belt de-oiler, huge amounts of post-production oil can be collected, which at first glance is unnoticeable on the mesh panels. In the case of technology Kairos The oil separates at the top of the bath rather than emulsifying in it. By using a simple de-oiling procedure, the life of the bath has been extended many times over.
