which translates into savings and helps build competitive advantage and improves process efficiency.
Although we had the pleasure of supporting the client in implementation and training process, it is worth noting that our products are so intuitive and easy to use that the customer could easily handle their implementation on their own.
In the case of this paint shop, materials from steel and white metals, it was therefore necessary to select medium operating parameters (we lengthen the treatment time for white metals slightly, which is due to their higher resistance to chemicals), necessitated by the more "active" characteristics of the white metal products. The well-chosen parameters make the line operate efficiently, maintaining full cleaning efficiency for both steel and white metal parts while maintaining safe conditions for workers (Kairos products are specified as irritant, not caustic).
