Components of a spray-washing system

The simplest spray washing system is:
- Pressure washer
- Drip platform
- Wash solution tank

There is also a return pump and a solids filtration system.

It is worth noting that the reservoir is at a certain elevation - this will be discussed further on.

The drip platform on which we wash and rinse details is usually constructed of stainless steel, Wema gratings. We equip it with curtains to prevent chemical spillage and a sloping bottom.
